TERMS OF SERVICEGENERAL INFORMATIONThese terms may be changed at any moment without notice period.As an artist, I retain all rights and ownership of artwork commissioned for use on my website, portfolio or social medias.You are paying for a service that is all digital. The final delivery will be an image file (.PNG) that will be emailed to you using WeTransfer (no need to create an account, just download it directly).The prices listed are the Base price. There may be Additional costs for colors, complex design, background and props (Some examples on the site show the price with the additional costs mentioned).As an artist who is always looking to improve, the final result may have some differences from the examples on the site (it doesn't mean that you will get something different from what you ordered, but that you will get something better).PAYMENT & REFUNDCommissions can be paid 100% Upfront or split into 50% Upfront and 50% After approving the sketch.Refunds are only valid during the sketch process, but you will only receive 50% of the Total amount.If you don't agree with the total amount of your commission, we may negotiate a price that fits your budget.A PayPal invoice will be sent to your email once your order has been approved (there will have the complete additional cost information).WORK SPEED
By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you understand that the commission period (3 - 6 weeks) may be extended depending on the number of orders before yours.How much longer can my commission take if there are others before mine? Unfortunately there is no clear answer, It all depends on how complex each commission is. If you have urgency in your order, please let me know in the Order Form.To find out how many commissions I'm doing and in which process your commission is, go to my Trello.As a student artist too, I still need to have my study time and I can't work 24/7. Please, be patient!REVISIONSSome changes may be requested during the entire commission process (major changes will not be accepted once the Lining process has started). The main changes must still be decided in the Sketch process.All change requests will make your commission take a little longer than usual.If you have many requests for changes, there will be additional costs for them, the cost will depend on the complexity of the change.
